Guests traveling to Houston are encouraged to arrive at Magnolia the day before their procedure. A pre-op arrival gives you time to settle into your suite, organize your belongings and prepare for your procedure without the added stress of surgery-day travel.
Pre-op arrival is recommended but not generally required.

The special pre-op arrival rate applies only when the night immediately precedes your procedure and is attached to a qualifying Magnolia recovery stay. A pre-op arrival night does not count toward the 3-night minimum stay.
Bringing Someone With You?
Sometimes the most comforting part of recovery is having someone you trust nearby. Magnolia welcomes approved overnight companions so a spouse, family member or friend can stay with you throughout your recovery.

Standard accommodation pricing does not include unlimited personal transportation. Additional transportation may be arranged separately for:

- Appointments exceeding the package allowance
- Transportation outside Magnolia's standard service area
Additional transportation may be arranged upon request and is priced based on the destination and transportation requirements.
Professional support
Independent Professional Nursing Services Available
Separately retained, licensed nursing professionals may provide services onsite for guests who require additional post-operative support. Nursing services are not provided by Magnolia. Guests may also arrange care with a qualified nurse or nursing provider of their choice.

Independent professional nursing and wellness services may be available through separately retained, appropriately licensed providers. Availability, eligibility and scope of services are determined exclusively by the applicable provider and may require a separate assessment, provider order, consent, agreement and payment.
Reserving
Reservation Deposit
A 25% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your Magnolia suite and requested dates.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
