If you choose to receive promotional communications from Magnolia, we may use your contact information to send information about Magnolia services, offers or updates.
You may opt out of promotional email communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting Magnolia.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Magnolia from sending communications necessary to manage an existing inquiry, reservation, payment or stay.
We will not use information about your specific surgical procedure or recovery needs to personalize unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website for marketing purposes.
Information concerning a minor companion or guest should be provided only by or with the involvement of the minor's parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
13. Third-party websites and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Magnolia is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of third-party websites or services. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of those providers before submitting personal information.
14. HIPAA and healthcare information
Magnolia provides recovery accommodations and non-clinical hospitality and concierge services and should not be assumed to be a healthcare provider or HIPAA-covered entity solely because limited procedure or recovery information is requested for purposes of coordinating a guest's stay.
Professional nursing or healthcare providers involved in a guest's care may have separate privacy obligations, including obligations under healthcare privacy laws where applicable.
This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate privacy notice that a healthcare provider may be required to provide.
Regardless of whether a particular privacy law applies, Magnolia treats information concerning a guest's procedure and recovery needs as sensitive and seeks to limit its collection, use and disclosure to legitimate accommodation, safety and service-coordination purposes.
